1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern use of Eleog websites, applications, the hospital operating system, My Care, and related services. By using Eleog, users agree to the applicable terms. If acting for an organization, the user confirms they have appropriate authority where required.
2. About Eleog
Eleog is a hospital operating system. Depending on hospital plan, setup, and enabled modules, Eleog may support registration, EMR, appointments, doctor workflow, nursing, lab, radiology, pharmacy, inventory, billing, cashier operations, wards, admissions, reports, management, staff management, and patient or family portal workflows. Not every feature is enabled for every hospital.
3. Hospital Accounts
Hospitals may need to apply, complete onboarding, nominate an administrator, select a plan, configure departments, invite staff, and provide accurate information.
4. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Staff accounts should use individual credentials, not shared passwords.
- Users are responsible for password confidentiality and prompt reporting of suspected security incidents.
5. Roles And Permissions
Eleog may support roles such as Admin, Management, Doctor, Nurse, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Reception, and Cashier. A role does not necessarily grant every capability, and hospitals remain responsible for appropriate staff access.
6. Clinical Responsibility
Eleog is software infrastructure. It does not replace doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory professionals, radiologists, clinical protocols, or professional judgement. Qualified healthcare professionals remain responsible for clinical decisions.
7. AI-Assisted Features
AI may assist with summaries, drafting, operational insight, search, and administrative support. AI output is not an independent diagnosis, prescription, or final clinical decision. Human review is required where appropriate.
8. My Care And Family Portal
My Care may provide released information such as results, prescriptions, bills, appointments, follow-up, and hospital notices. The hospital may control what is released and when. Family access applies only when authorized.
9. Fees And Payment
Eleog may be provided through monthly subscription, annual subscription, custom deployment, implementation agreement, or another commercial arrangement. Pricing may depend on plan, hospital size, modules, customization, integrations, and support. Pricing applicable to a customer should be disclosed before contractual commitment or payment.
10. Custom Deployments
Custom deployments may be governed by a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, implementation schedule, support agreement, or signed customer-specific contract.
11. Service Availability
Eleog availability may be affected by maintenance, internet access, hosting, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Some supported workflows may provide offline or resilient functionality. Offline support does not mean every feature works without connectivity.
12. Third-Party Services
Eleog may depend on hosting, authentication, payment, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, or integration providers. Availability may depend on the provider, and a provider should not be treated as active unless configured for the relevant customer or environment.
13. Hospital Responsibilities
- Lawful patient data collection, consents, and authority.
- Accurate records, appropriate access, and staff account management.
- Release of information, internal policies, and healthcare or data protection obligations.
14. Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, cross-hospital access, security interference, malware activity, misuse of patient data, fraudulent transactions, bypassing controls, or unlawful use.
15. Security Responsibilities
Users and hospitals should protect passwords, restrict admin access, deactivate former staff, protect devices, and report suspicious activity.
16. Data Ownership
Hospitals remain responsible for clinical and operational records created and maintained through Eleog, subject to law and contracts. Eleog does not claim ownership of patient medical records merely because Eleog stores or processes them.
17. Intellectual Property
Eleog owns its software, source code, product design, trademarks, documentation, and technology except where a separate written agreement explicitly provides otherwise. Use of the platform does not transfer platform ownership.
18. Support And Updates
Support and updates depend on plan or agreement and may include bug fixes, security updates, performance improvements, workflow improvements, and features. Custom deployments can have specific support terms.
19. Suspension And Termination
Eleog access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, illegal use, serious or repeated breach, patient-data misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or agreement termination, using reasonable process where appropriate.
20. Data After Termination
Data handling after termination is subject to contract, applicable law, retention requirements, and agreed export or deletion processes.
21. No Guarantee Of Clinical Outcome
Eleog cannot guarantee clinical outcomes, treatment success, diagnostic accuracy, staff performance, revenue outcomes, or uninterrupted third-party connectivity.
22. Limitation Of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law. Specific hospital agreements may contain additional negotiated liability terms.
23. Complaints And Dispute Resolution
Please contact Eleog first at kwinxit@gmail.com or 08145034427. Eleog will attempt reasonable resolution. Other remedies available under Nigerian law remain available.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
25. Changes To Terms
Eleog may update these Terms. The latest version will be published online, and material changes may be notified appropriately.
